About Baur Pacific Builders
Serving Maui homeowners since 2002. A local Haiku construction company operated by father and son.
Our Story & Maui Roots
Baur Pacific is a local construction company located in Haiku, Maui, Hawaii. Since 2002, the company has worked with homeowners and businesses across the island to strategize and deliver high-quality results for projects ranging from renovations to custom builds.
What sets Baur Pacific Builders apart is our family foundation. Operated by father and son, our business represents over 25+ years of hands-on building and remodeling experience on Maui. When you hire our team, you are not working with a rotating roster of distant project managers—you deal directly with Noah Baur and family leadership.
We believe in honest, straightforward communication, disciplined scheduling, and steady craftsmanship that respects the Hawaiian island environment.

Building for Maui Microclimates
From the salt air, intense sunshine, and trade winds in Wailea and Kihei to the rainfall and moisture of Haiku and Peahi, building on Maui demands genuine island experience. Over 25+ years of local construction gives our team an instinct for materials, moisture mitigation, structural tie-downs, and airflow optimization.
