Custom Home Building & Remodeling in Makawao, Maui

Makawao's unique blend of eucalyptus groves, historic paniolo heritage, and vibrant artistic community makes it one of Upcountry Maui's most beloved places to call home. Constructing and remodeling here requires an appreciation for classic woodcraft, cozy interiors, and weather-resistant exteriors.

At Baur Pacific Builders, we take pride in executing projects that feel right at home in Makawao. Our team coordinates framing, insulation, custom millwork, and exterior finishes suited to Upcountry's higher elevation and cooler climate.

From expanding an existing country cottage to building a custom single-family home from the ground up, we provide homeowners with personal builder accountability.
