Premier Residential Contracting & Remodeling in Wailea, Maui

Wailea is recognized worldwide for world-class oceanfront communities, golf estates, and luxury custom homes. Building or remodeling in Wailea requires an elevated level of finish, dust containment, sound mitigation, and compliance with strict architectural review committee guidelines.

Although Baur Pacific Builders is based in Haiku, Wailea is our top-priority service area on Maui. We work with homeowners seeking thorough whole-home transformations and bespoke custom construction that honor Wailea's coastal climate while incorporating refined architectural detailing.

Whether reconfiguring an existing golf-course residence with expansive pocketing glass doors or building an individually planned private home, our father-and-son team brings direct accountability and 25+ years of Maui building experience to every Wailea project.
